Medicine is also available to either, relax overactive bladder muscles or to tighten the bladder sphincter. A doctor should be consulted before taking any form of drugs to cure urinary incontinence. Losing weight also helps to prevent you from losing bladder control.

 Of course not all cereals are bad. If you stick to high fiber, whole grain, low sugar cereals then this will be a healthy breakfast. However these types of cereal are not easy to find and they do not taste as good as the other quick healthy breakfast ideas I have found.
